Here’s how it works. If you purchase a home with me and, within the first 24 months, you realize it’s just not the right fit, I will list your property and not charge you anything on my end. That’s my guarantee. You’re not going to pay me again to help you sell.

This happens more often than people think. I’ve had clients who relocated to Arizona, spent a year or a year and a half here, and called me to say they just didn’t love it the way they expected.
